Our suggestions:
Visit La Fortuna Waterfall (optional, not included). This beautiful waterfall is set in the rainforest near the edge of Arenal Volcano National Park. You will hike down the canyon and be rewarded with a natural pool under the falls, perfect for a dip on a hot day.

In the afternoon you can relax in the soothing warm waters of the hot springs, surrounded by exotic ecological gardens (optional, not included).

Today you will continue to Monteverde. The small town of Santa Elena is the closest settlement to the Monteverde cloud-forest reserve . You will find many attractions, including the butterfly garden, the serpentarium, a cheese factory, and a number of art galleries.

Our suggestion:
a visit to the Monteverde Reserve (optional, not included):it has a number of walking trails that vary in length and degree of difficulty.

Drive from Monteverde to Manuel Antonio. Manuel Antonio is the perfect combination for nature lovers. Discover the rain forest of this unique National Park and enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of Manuel Antonio.

Our suggestion:
Visit the Manuel Antonio National Park(optional, not included): one of the most beautiful national's parks of the country. A geomorphic characteristic is the Punta Catedral: in the past it was an island and because of the sediment accumulation, joined to the continental mass, it formed a sandy band called Tombolo.

Enjoy the morning at the beach. Drive back to San José in the afternoon.
